HOW TO DOWNLOAD PPO & CORRIGINDUM PPO FROM SPARSH PORTAL

Here’s a step-by-step guide to download your PPO and Corrigendum PPO from the SPARSH Portal (https://sparsh.defencepension.gov.in) :-

🔹 Step 1: Visit SPARSH Portal

Go to 👉 https://sparsh.defencepension.gov.in

🔹 Step 2: Log In

1.      Click on Login for Pensioner.

2.      Enter your User ID (usually your SPARSH PPO number).

3.      Enter your Password and Captcha code.

4.      Click Sign In.
(If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” and follow the reset process.)

🔹 Step 3: Go to “Pension Details” Section

Once you are logged in:

1.      On the dashboard, click “Pension Details” or “Pension Documents”.

2.      You will see a list of documents related to your pension account.

🔹 Step 4: Download PPO

·         Look for “Pension Payment Order (PPO)” in the document list.

·         Click on “Download” (usually a PDF file).
This is your original PPO issued through SPARSH.

🔹 Step 5: Download Corrigendum PPO

If any corrigendum PPO (revised PPO) has been issued:

·         It will appear separately under the same “Pension Documents” section.

·         It may be titled “Corrigendum PPO”, “Revised PPO”, or “Amendment PPO”.

·         Click Download to save it as a PDF.

🔹 Step 6: Verify PPO

After downloading:

·         Open the PDF file.

·         Check details such as PPO Number, Basic Pension, Effective Date, Service Details, and Authority.

·         Both the Original PPO and Corrigendum PPO will bear the Digital Signature of the Competent Authority.

If you can’t find PPO or Corrigendum PPO:

·         Click “My Documents” → “Pensioner Documents”.

·         Check for files labeled “PPO”, “Revision”, or “Order”.

·         Sometimes documents take time to update after a corrigendum is issued.
