Beneficiary App – Registration & Login Guide
🔹 Step 1: Download the App
1.
Open Google Play
Store (for Android) or Apple App
Store (for iPhone).
2.
Search for “ECHS
Beneficiary App” (developer: SourceDOTcom
Pvt. Ltd.).
3.
Tap Install
and wait for it to download.
🔹 Step 2: Open the App
After installation, open the app.
You’ll see options like “Login”
and “Register New User.”
🔹 Step 3: Register as a New
User
If you are using it for the first time:
1.
Tap on “Register as
New User.”
2.
Enter the following details exactly as per your
SPARSH/ECHS records:
o ECHS Card Number (the 14–16 digit number on your card)
o Registered Mobile Number (linked with your ECHS account)
o Date of Birth
o Email ID (optional but recommended)
3.
Tap Submit.
⚠️ The mobile number must be the same as registered in your ECHS records;
otherwise, OTP verification will fail.
🔹 Step 4: OTP Verification
1.
You’ll receive an OTP (One Time Password) on your registered mobile
number.
2.
Enter the OTP in the app and tap Verify.
🔹 Step 5: Create
Password
Once OTP is verified:
1.
Set a new
password (minimum 8 characters, with at least one number and one
special character).
2.
Confirm the password and tap Submit.
You’ll see a message: ✅ “Registration Successful.”
🔹 Step 6: Login to the
App
1.
Go back to the login screen.
2.
Enter:
o ECHS Card Number / Registered Mobile Number
o Password you just created.
3.
Tap Login.
🔹 Step 7: Access Your
Dashboard
After login, you’ll see your ECHS Beneficiary Dashboard, where you
can:

View your profile
& dependent details
·
Check card
status / validity
·
Track claims
& referrals
·
View appointment
details
·
Check polyclinic
information
·
Download e-card

Important Notes
·
Use the same
mobile number and ECHS card number registered on the ECHS online
portal.
·
If OTP does not come, verify your number through
the ECHS portal (https://echs.sourceinfosys.com).
·
The app works only for 64 KB Smart Card holders.
